AI Powered Universal Accounts
It might not seem obvious at first why you’d want to handle multiple transactions across chains from a single prompt. But the possibilities expand quickly.
Managing digital assets across multiple chains has historically been challenging. With the launch of Bitte Wallet's Multichain Dashboard, users can now seamlessly navigate Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, and more—all from a unified interface. This innovation combines NEAR’s speed and security with the trusted flexibility of Safe (previously Gnosis Safe), making cross-chain management more straightforward, secure, and accessible for everyone.
Creating a NEAR account on Bitte Wallet now includes a designated Safe address, which brings secure and abstracted account functionality to all supported EVM networks. This account operates as an ERC-4337 address, enabling advanced features like multi-signature capabilities to ensure account security. In essence, users gain the flexibility to add multiple owners as an additional safeguard, while maintaining easy access across networks.
Think of it like the Particle Network, but built on NEAR's robust L1 infrastructure, making transactions faster, cheaper, and fully decentralized. With Bitte Wallet’s streamlined, upper-layer account, cross-chain management is now both powerful and intuitive.
A Game-Changer for Developers
For developers, especially those in fields like gaming and decentralized applications (dApps), the multichain expansion of Bitte Wallet is transformative. Instead of having to commit to a single chain and contend with increasing cross-chain complexity as assets spread, developers can now build with confidence, knowing all EVM chains are accessible from a single account. This universal access reduces fragmentation and simplifies the user experience, allowing developers to focus on crafting experiences rather than managing blockchain logistics.
Safe (previous Gnosis Safe) and Ownership
The Safe won’t deploy until your first transaction. After that, you can use the Safe UI for management. Why choose this over an MPC account? Ownership. In NEAR’s Account Abstraction module, Multi-Party Computation (MPC) splits your private key across nodes, meaning no single entity has complete ownership. While distributed ownership is ideal, long-term trust in an MPC model is uncertain.
If NEAR’s MPC nodes decide to stop operating, your Safe account remains. For example, if you add an owner (say, another personal Ethereum EOA account), you can log into your Safe, and, like magic, your balance remains accessible.
Integrating AI for Transaction Simplicity
Bitte Wallet isn’t just making multichain access easier; it’s also making transactions smarter. For over six months, AI-powered transaction building has enabled users to conduct DeFi swaps, NFT transactions, and more on NEAR using natural language commands.
Soon, with Chain Signatures and the new COW swap agent, users can simply type, “I’d like to bridge ETH to Base and swap.” A Safe address will automatically be generated, ready for funding, and activated with the first transaction. This AI integration helps users manage cross-chain assets effortlessly, regardless of technical expertise.
